Job summary

Alpha Recruitment is seeking a Scaffold Contracts Manager for permanent, full-time work in the Midlands. The role requires leadership to run scaffold projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with a team of scaffolders to ensure shutdowns are completed safely and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Contracts Manager in industrial settings, with the ability to plan, organise and execute projects, and to manage people effectively across site

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager is essential.
• Industrial background, with ability to lead and manage projects end-to-end.
• Experience running and setting up your own projects in a scaffold/industrial context.
• Experience in Industrial and Energy from Waste is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts from initiation to completion on scaffold projects.
• Coordinate with scaffolders to ensure safe, on-time shutdowns and projects.
• Set up and manage projects in line with safety and quality standards.
