About the Role

We are seeking a SCADA Lead Engineer with strong functional and technical expertise in utility grid applications. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and configuration of SCADA, OMS, DMS, and EMS systems to support power utilities in optimizing grid management and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of SCADA, OMS, DMS, and EMS software solutions.
• Apply deep knowledge of utility industry practices and grid applications such as Outage Management, Distribution Management, and Energy Management.
• Work hands-on with electrical data modeling and adhere to Common Information Model (CIM) standards.
• Design and develop software solutions tailored to utility requirements.
• Follow best practices in SDLC, including Agile/Lean methodologies, continuous integration, security, scalability, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
