Job summary

VIQU Limited in Leeds is seeking an SC-cleared Non-Functional Test Lead to join a forward-thinking team. You will bring proven experience in performance testing with JMeter, Azure / Cloud knowledge, and OAT/functional test automation using Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber in an Agile environment.

You will design and execute performance, load and functional tests, guiding the test strategy and mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance and non-functional testing within Agile teams.
• Proven ability to design, implement and run performance tests (JMeter).
• Experience with test automation tools in an SC-cleared environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and load testing initiatives and define test strategies.
• Design, execute and optimise non-functional tests, ensuring reliability and scalability.
