Job description

Clearance: Active SC Required

Must Have: Government Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Create prototypes, wireframes, mock-ups, workflows, user flows, site maps, storyboards, interactive designs, graphic designs, and information architecture.
• Proficient with tools such as Sketch, Invision Studio, Balsamiq, Axure, and GOV.UK Prototype Kit.
• Interpret research, identify user issues and needs, and incorporate findings into your designs.
• Address usability issues for diverse populations and develop engaging solutions.
• Design consistent user experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Collaborate with user researchers and content designers to test, iterate, and launch products.
• Liaise with Product Owners and Stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Work with Business Analysts to refine and update designs.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and proper transition into development.

Required Skills:
