Job summary

PTSG Water Treatment invites applications for a Full-Time, permanent role at Sellafield main and associated sites in the UK. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on domestic, process, and cooling water systems, following regulations such as ACoP L8 and HSG274 Parts 1-3.

Reporting to the site supervisor, you will monitor temperatures, sample water, service and disinfect components, and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to apply and obtain a valid P4 pass and SC clearance.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Mathematics, and Science; WMSoc C&G qualifications (WO28, WO17, WO16); National Jetting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out temperature monitoring, system and outlet flushing, and microbiological sampling for analysis both on and off-site.
• Performing professional servicing and disinfection of shower heads, cold water storage tanks, calorifiers, air handling units, cooling towers, and complex process systems.
• Maintaining meticulous record keeping, report writing, and logbook upkeep across all designated site facilities.
