Computacenter AG & Co. oHG Nottingham is seeking a Vulnerability Analyst (SC Cleared) to join our cybersecurity team. The role focuses on identifying and managing vulnerabilities across supported products, using Qualys and Tenable, and ensuring timely remediation within our vulnerability lifecycle framework.

You will collaborate across departments, provide clear security communications, and stay current with threats to help protect our customers. UK SC clearance or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Stay up to date with the latest information technology security bulletins.
• Preferably experience with Qualys and/or Tenable scanning tools.

Responsabilités

• Vulnerability Assessment and Management: May conduct vulnerability assessments using Qualys and Tenable scanning tools; analyse scan results against VLMPLs.
• Incident Response and Communication: Co-coordinate responses to vulnerability incidents; issue timely notifications and communications.
• Proactive Identification and Mitigation: Stay informed about emerging threats; assess impacts and recommend mitigations; implement vulnerability treatment with operations teams.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work with technical and non-technical teams; coordinate emergency patching; translate security matters for diverse audiences.
