Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Test Analyst to validate requirements and design effective test strategies. You will support development teams by automating tests and ensuring traceability across the software lifecycle.

The role requires 2–3 years’ QA experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a background in ERP testing, especially Oracle E-Business Suite. Flexible/remote working options are available, with a focus on quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with iterative / incremental software delivery
• Experience in fast paced environments with strict deadlines
• Experience in software integration and system testing
• Experience in automated testing
• Experience using HP QC
• Experience defining test strategy / test approach
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
• Experience supporting team success and motivating others to keep morale and performance high
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• Active SC Clearance
• Experience testing ERP software, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite
