Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a QA Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our testing team. You will analyse requirements, define test strategies, and validate outcomes to ensure high-quality software releases.

You will support development scrum teams with automated tests, maintain traceability, and drive process improvements. Strong communication skills and active SC clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Have minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong experience of iterative / incremental software delivery
• Experience of working in fast paced environments to strict deadlines
• Strong background in software integration and system testing
• Experience of automated testing
• Experience using HP QC
• Experience of defining test strategy / test approach
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
• Experience in supporting team success and motivating others to keep morale and performance high
• Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• You must hold active SC Clearance
• Experience of testing ERP software, particularly, Oracle E-Business Suite.
