Job summary

Version 1, an award-winning technology solutions provider, is seeking a Test Analyst to validate requirements, define test strategies, and support agile teams with automated testing and quality assurance processes.

You will work across ERP testing, software integration, and system testing in a fast-paced environment, contributing to continuous improvement while ensuring high quality releases. Flexible/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with iterative/incremental software delivery
• Able to work in fast-paced environments to deadlines
• Strong background in software integration and system testing
• Experience with automated testing
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• Active SC Clearance
• Experience testing ERP software, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in CS/IS, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis and validation
• Defining and executing test strategies and scripts
• Ensuring requirements traceability
• Introducing/suggesting new processes and techniques
• Accurate recording and monitoring of issues
• Provide QA support to development scrum teams to automate tests
• Review test environments and processes for continuous improvement and QA standards
