Job summary

Vantage Point Global is seeking SC-cleared consultants to join a high-profile public-sector programme in London. The role is hybrid with 3–4 days onsite per week and requires active SC Clearance with immediate or short-notice start.

You will deliver workstreams with limited supervision, support cost optimisation, strategic sourcing, and governance reporting while building relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, advisory, transformation, or professional services environments.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver against deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to unfamiliar business environments.
• Active, transferable SC Clearance.
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
• Ability to work onsite in London 3‑4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting workstreams with limited supervision.
• Support cost optimisation and value improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic sourcing and commercial improvement activities.
• Gather, analyse, and synthesise quantitative and qualitative information.
• Develop client‑ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Structure complex problems into clear and actionable work plans.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across delivery activities.
• Support programme governance, planning, and reporting.
• Work collaboratively within high‑performing consulting teams.
