Job summary

Expleo is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the End-to-End Space & Ground System project. Based at the client facilities in Portsmouth or Stevenage, you will lead system engineering activities, define CONOPS, manage user requirements, and contribute to the engineering management plan.

Travel between sites may be required. The ideal candidate has extensive systems engineering experience, knowledge of MIL-STD/DO-178C, and a proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with accuracy and good

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Engineering or Science related subject and demonstrable industry experience.
• Experience with defence/aerospace standards and regulations is desirable.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and communicate complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• System engineering activities across satellite programmes.
• CONOPS description and user requirement management.
• Engineering management plan and test strategy development.
• System functional architecture development and verification planning.
• Test procedures, data specification and qualification management.
• Coordinate with client and partners across Portsmouth/Stevenage sites.
