Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer with active SC Clearance to design and deliver bespoke ServiceNow applications in a secure public sector setting. You will build custom modules, scripts and integrations, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role emphasizes hands-on development across workflows, APIs and cadenced delivery with a focus on enterprise-scale environments and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• SC Clearance is mandatory.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CAD certification is a plus.
• Strong ServiceNow development skills including JavaScript, scripting, Business Rules, Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deliver hands-on ServiceNow development across bespoke applications and custom-built solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow applications.
• Develop workflows and automation using scripting, Business Rules and Flow Designer.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and wider enterprise systems using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow development and platform issues.
