The role requires active UK Security Clearance, CSA/CAD certifications, and strong ITSM/workflow expertise. The contract offers a daily rate of £450-£475, Inside IR35 via Umbrella, for an initial 6-month engagement, with remote UK work.

Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required.
• Proven experience designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, forms, portals, and user interfaces.
• Develop automated business processes using workflows, scripting, APIs, and best practices.
