Job summary

Circle Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a government contract in Bristol. The role is 2-3 days office-based with the remainder remote, and is focused on delivering the Supply Chain Resilience project.

The initial contract is 5 months, with a day rate of £550-£650 Inside IR35 and an umbrella solution. Key responsibilities include planning, risk management, policy gap analysis, adoption planning and delivering measurable resilience outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in complex environments.
• Strong delivery discipline and governance reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery across risk and resilience project work.
• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan for mobilisation and adoption.
• Manage RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs and milestone plans.
• Coordinate with academic partners, policy SMEs and Defence stakeholders.
