Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial, procurement or procurement governance roles.
• Strong understanding of iValua and procurement systems governance.
• Experience interfacing between internal procurement teams, external consultants and stakeholders.
• Experience tender management and bid compliance.
• Experience in complex, regulated organisations.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight and coordination of procurement activity across the programme.
• Act as interface between central procurement, external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and support effective use of iValua, with workflows and reporting.
• Drive procurement governance, policies, procedures and compliance.
• Oversee tender processes ensuring submissions are complete and compliant.
• Ensure procurement activity adheres to public sector legislation including the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
• Monitor procurement activity with approvals, audit trails and governance controls.
• Establish and maintain consistent procurement processes, templates and reporting mechanisms.
• Support management of external procurement consultants and specialists.
• Provide procurement guidance to project teams and wider programme.
• Oversee procurement-related project controls, tracking risks and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement systems, processes, efficiency and value for money.
• Ensure commercial and procurement risks are identified and managed.
