Job summary

Futureheads is seeking a Performance Analyst/Data Analyst to join a major public sector digital programme. You will develop performance frameworks, analyse service data and build dashboards to support decision-making at national scale.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital performance analysis and data visualisation.
• Experience with dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and large datasets.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Splunk or similar platforms advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining performance frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analysing service and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Designing and building dashboards and reporting solutions to support stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working closely with researchers, developers, testers and product teams to ensure data is used effectively across the service life cycle.
• Supporting agile delivery teams by providing regular performance reporting and evidence-based recommendations.
