Job summary

Sentinel is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll & Absence Fast Formula Consultant in the United Kingdom. You will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Global Payroll and Absence Management, and you will develop and deploy complex fast formulas for payroll and absence processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, strong technical expertise in Fast Formula design, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Global Payroll and Absence Management) experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fast Formula design and calculation card configurations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory calculations, and absence accruals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Global Payroll and Absence Management.
• Develop, test, and deploy complex Fast Formulas for payroll and absence logic.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to translate policies into system setup.
• Support end-to-end testing cycles and validate calculation accuracy.
• Assist with data loading, payroll batch processing, and integrations with time/attendance platforms.
• Provide post-production support and continuous system optimization.
