Job summary

MaxAccelerate is expanding across the UK with a need for an SC-cleared Maximo EAM Specialist. You will lead or support Maximo/MAS deployments, align configurations to business processes, and ensure security governance for regulated environments.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage data migrations, integrations with ERP/IoT, and deliver documentation for compliance. Active SC clearance is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo EAM experience.
• Broad functional knowledge across Maximo modules.
• MAS 8/9 or MAS 9.1 experience is advantageous.
• Active UK SC Security Clearance essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support configuration, enhancement, and deployment of Maximo or MAS 8/9 systems.
• Deliver functional design, workflow configuration and module optimisation.
• Ensure all solutions meet SC-cleared security and governance requirements.
• Translate business processes into Maximo configurations and clean workflows.
• Support data migration, cleansing and structure improvements.
• Assist with integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, mobility, SCADA, document management, IoT.
• Support SIT, UAT and deployment readiness; produce structured documentation for regulated industries.
