Job summary

Eurobase People is seeking an IT support professional in Derby for full-time on-site work. The role involves deploying Windows 11 devices using standardized images, enrolling devices into Intune/Autopilot, and installing essential apps. You will also manage data backups, device decommissioning, and asset tracking across sites.

This position requires strong communication skills and collaboration with engineers to resolve complex IT issues, with a 31/07/2027 end date and ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Build new Windows 11 devices using standardized images and task sequences.
• Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune/Autopilot (or SCCM where applicable).
• Install core applications (Microsoft 365 Apps, VPN, security tools, line-of-business apps).
• Deploy Windows 11 devices to end users in line with rollout schedule.
• Decommission Legacy Windows 10 devices in line with IT policies.
• Backup, restoration, and migration of user data.
• Securely wipe data using approved tools and methods.
• Remove devices from Azure AD/Intune/CMDB systems.
• Manage laptop and device handover to multiple users and sites.
• IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change and Disposal ( data wipe and end of life support).
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Update asset registers and deployment tracking sheets.

Start date - ASAP

End date - 31/07/27

Location - Derby (full time onsite)

Pay rate - £25.75ph inside IR35 via Umbrella
