Qualifications

• Experience with complex, high-value contracts across full lifecycle.
• Strong commercial acumen in public sector procurement.
• Excellent supplier, customer and stakeholder relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day commercial and contractual activities for the SDP contract.
• Review SoWs, cost models, rate cards and commercial proposals from suppliers.
• Lead contract change control, ensuring governance and documentation.
• Negotiate commercial terms to achieve value for money and minimise risk.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Produce MI reports to support governance and decision-making.
• Support commercial governance meetings and provide contractual advice.
• Assist with contract exit and transition planning.
