The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Saw Operative on behalf of our well-established client based in Rowley Regis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing company, with the potential to secure a permanent contract following a successful trial period.

Pay Rate

£12.77 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

08:00 - 17:00

The Role

As a Saw Operative, you will play a key role within the production team, ensuring timber is cut accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements.

Duties will include:

• Operating a Crossbody Saw safely and effectively.
• Measuring and cutting timber to precise specifications.
• Palletising finished timber products ready for the next stage of production.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

• Have previous experience operating a Crossbody Saw.
• Be confident working with timber and wood products.
