Job summary

Julian Wadden in Marple is seeking a Saturday Viewing Assistant to professionally showcase vendor properties, greet visitors, and manage viewing representations on Saturdays. This part-time, permanent role requires a confident, customer-focused approach and a valid driving licence.

You will join a local team focused on delivering excellent service to buyers and sellers, with support for professional development and a positive, community-driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Full & Clean Driving Licence is required.
• Prior sales or retail experience desirable.
• Knowledge of surrounding areas preferred.

Let's talk about the role, it involves:

• Saturday working only.
• Professionally showcasing and presenting vendor properties
• Conducting viewing representations
• Greeting customers at a property
• Answering customer queries wherever possible but where this is not possible arranging for questions to be answered/ directing customers to the answer

We're looking for individuals who qualities such as:

• Prior sales or retail experience desirable
• Knowledge of surrounding areas preferred
• Full & Clean Driving Licence
• Confident & professional person who is good at dealing with the public
