Job summary

Churcher's College, Petersfield, is seeking a part-time Food Service Assistant to join our team. The role includes maintaining high cleanliness standards in the Senior School, completing daily cleaning tasks, and supporting events on Saturdays with flexible hours (typically 9am–4pm).

We offer full training, a protective uniform, and various staff benefits. This is a term-time-only position with DBS safeguarding checks required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the Senior School.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and in line with schedules.
• Create a safe, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and fire safety procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service.
• Report incidents, concerns or maintenance issues promptly.
• Support school events and undertake additional duties when required.
