Leaders, part of LRG, is hiring a Saturday Sales Consultant in Maypole. The role focuses on securing properties after viewings, qualifying applicants, and promoting our services to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will be smart, confident, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work Saturdays (9:00am–1:00pm) with potential extra hours during the week.

Qualifications

• Positive engagement and excellent customer service.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Comfortable with weekend/hybrid hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring properties are secure after viewings.
• Report any repairs or security issues and return keys after each viewing.
• Qualify applicants to assess financial status before viewings.
• Promote properties and services to achieve targets.
• Provide feedback to managers and add notes to in-house systems.

Hours: Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours during the week when required!

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring properties are secure after viewings.

• Report on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing.

• Qualify applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings.

• Promote Properties and services effectively to achieve targets.

• Feed back to the relevant managers / consultants on applicants’ needs and add notes to our in-house systems.
