Savills Limited in Harpenden is seeking a motivated Saturday Assistant to support the Residential Sales team. This office-based role involves greeting clients, handling calls, emails and walk-ins, updating displays, registering applicants on Reapit, and arranging viewings.

Occasional viewings may require a driving licence and car. Ideal candidates are confident communicators with strong attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to delivering first-class

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients in the office.
• Handle enquiries via email and telephone with timely responses.
• Update window displays and manage brochure mail outs.
• Register applicants on Reapit (training provided).
• Arrange pitches and viewing appointments.
• Occasional viewings with potential buyers may be required; driving licence and car preferred.
