Job summary

Savills Limited in Harpenden is seeking a motivated Saturday Assistant to support the Residential Sales team. This office-based role involves greeting clients, handling calls, emails and walk-ins, updating displays, registering applicants on Reapit, and arranging viewings.

Occasional viewings may require a driving licence and car. Ideal candidates are confident communicators with strong attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to delivering first-class

• Meet and greet clients in the office.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and efficient Saturday Assistant to support the Residential Sales team who are responsible for selling property in and around the Harpenden area. This is predominantly an office-based role and you will be expected to use email, answer telephone calls and deal with walk-in enquiries in an efficient and timely manner. However, you may on a occasion, be required to carry out viewings with potential buyers, so will require a driving licence and car.

• Meet and greet clients in the office
• General office administration including updating window displays, brochure mail outs and ensuring the key register is kept up to date
• Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) - training will be given
• Arranging pitch and viewing appointments
• Experience in a previous role would be preferred but not essential.
• In addition, you may be required to work independently in the office, so the ability to manage tasks confidently while lone working is essential. Be an excellent communicator
• Have fantastic attention to detail
• Be confident, proactive and have good initiative
• Take pride in your work and enjoy delivering first-class customer service
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of Harpenden and the surrounding areas
• Enjoy dealing with people
