Job summary

Savills is seeking a motivated Saturday Assistant to support our Marlow Lettings team. You will conduct property viewings on Saturdays, and may respond to emails, calls, and enquiries with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle as essential.

Hours: Saturdays, 9am - 4pm. You will meet applicants, showcase homes, liaise professionally, and stay punctual within a busy schedule while staying adaptable to changes in the local market.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Friendly, proactive approach to customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective applicants and clients at properties for viewings.
• Confidently showcase homes and highlight benefits of the property and location.
• Liaise with tenants and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner.
• Work to a busy, time-sensitive schedule.
• Be flexible and adaptive to unexpected changes.
• Handle enquiries via telephone, email, or in person at the office.
• Develop knowledge of the local area and real estate market trends.
