Job description

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Satellite Systems Manager to join a globally established and recognised satellite communications company based in the Didcot area.

As a Satellite Systems Manager, you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:

1. Developing internal and external stakeholder relationships to enable technology development
2. Managing subsystem and equipment requirements and reviews
3. Monitoring platform and product line competitiveness against what the industry has to offer
4. Contributing to satellite system development
5. Working alongside Project and Program Managers to ensure that project milestones are met

To be considered for the Satellite Systems Manager opportunity you must have a technical background in satellite subsystems and equipment such as electric propulsion, mechanical systems, and satellite platforms, a strong background in management, a strong understanding of payload technologies, ideally have seen a project through from conception to launch, and preferably speak both English and French.
