Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a SCOF Systems Engineer on a 6-month contract to support the delivery of a Milsatcom Ground Control system from Portsmouth. The role requires security clearance and UK eyes only, with Inside IR35 status.

Qualifications

System of Systems or Large Scale Integration experience.
Experience engaging with customers and partners.
Working understanding of satellite control.
Robust presentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements analysis, traceability and verification.
Bill of Materials / Assembly Tree Management.
Integration, Verification Validation and Test (IVV&T) support.
Problem Definition, Non-Conformance and Observation recording and tracking.
Systems Engineering inputs as required - to support planning, schedule and cost activities.
Ground System level architectural design definition and trade-offs.
Inform stakeholders on progress and problem resolution.
Technical proposal inputs.
Technical support to bidding teams.
Robust presentation and writing skills.
