Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst onsite in Grimsby to support performance insight, reporting and data-led decision making. You will turn complex datasets into clear, actionable management information and partner with IT and business stakeholders across the organisation.

In this role you will generate and develop reports, own your workload, and ensure KPIs and strategic goals are met.

Qualifications

• BI reporting experience in financial services is beneficial.
• SAS Viya reporting and data mining experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience extracting, manipulating, and analysing data to identify performance trends.
• Analytical, logical problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to prioritise changing workloads.
• Clear communicator, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide insightful analysis and reporting to drive portfolio performance.
• Develop reports using IT platforms, owning workload and projects to meet KPIs.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data to understand performance trends across the portfolio.
• Deliver regular weekly and monthly data extraction and reporting cycles.
• Maximise SAS Viya to deliver high-quality reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across the organisation.
