Job summary

Next Ventures seeks an SAP Director to provide strategic leadership across SAP consulting engagements, manage executive client relationships, and drive revenue growth through successful delivery of transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have deep SAP expertise, strong consulting experience, and a proven ability to lead complex enterprise programs, while mentoring teams and advancing SAP capabilities across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• 5+ years in leadership or practice management roles within a consultancy environment.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM or related modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP transformation programs from strategy through implementation and support.
• Provide governance and oversight across multiple SAP engagements.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and accelerators.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop SAP consultants, managers, and delivery teams.
