Infosys Consulting is seeking a senior leader to drive SAP integrated transformation engagements for large enterprise clients in Europe and beyond. You will lead sales, strategy, and delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and managing multi-million dollar revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven project and program delivery across full lifecycle SAP programs.
• Experience selling and delivering consulting and technology services to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to capture and sell SAP integrated transformation solutions within market segment.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients on SAP matters in relevant markets.
• Accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for key accounts (annual revenue target ~$6 Mn).
• Lead new business development, sales strategy, and SAP solution implementations in mid to large enterprises.
• Manage opportunities to maximize value and profitability while delivering high-quality services.
• Strengthen Infosys Consulting's position with largest clients and expand presence with others.
• Ensure on-time, on-cost delivery with risk-aware client solutions and services.
• Lead proposal development focusing on Infosys Consulting value proposition and differentiators.
• Mentor and develop subordinate managers through coaching and performance feedback.
