Air Charter Service is embarking on a global finance transformation, implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across our international business. We seek an experienced SAP Systems Accountant to join the accounts transformation team and help deliver data migration, configuration, testing and reporting across the group.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and external partners to drive quality during go-live and stabilisation, contributing to robust controls and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Experience on SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation or migration.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant or equivalent Finance Systems experience.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting data migration, testing, system configuration and user training.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across group entities.
• Assist with data gathering, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Support configuration and localisation of finance processes within SAP.
• Perform system testing, UAT, and scenario-based process testing.
• Assist with chart of accounts mapping, financial workflows, and system integrations.
• Support development of finance reports, process documentation, and training materials.
• Provide user support during deployment, go-live, and stabilisation.
• Work closely with Finance, IT and external implementation partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist in development of controls, security access, and SoD requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and transition to business-as-usual support.

Air Charter Service is embarking on a significant global finance transformation, implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across our international business. We are looking for an experienced SAP Systems Accountant to play a key role in this journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant or finance systems professional who has been involved in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes and is looking to broaden their experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how finance operates across the ACS Group.

Job Description

As a key member of the accounts transformation team, duties will include but are not limited to:

• Support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across multiple group entities.
• Assist with data gathering, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Support the configuration and localisation of finance processes within SAP.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and scenario-based process testing.
• Assist with chart of accounts mapping, financial workflows, and system integrations.
• Support the development of finance reports, process documentation, and training materials.
• Provide user support during deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and external implementation partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist in the development of controls, security access, and segregation of duties (SoD) requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the transition to business-as-usual system support

Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation or migration programmes.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or significant experience within Finance Systems.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting data migration, testing, system configuration and user training.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and reconcile large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Technology and project teams.

Desirable

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience designing workflows and business processes.
• Experience with reporting tools, SQL or data-querying experience.
• Experience supporting multinational finance operations.
• Understanding of SAP security, user roles and access management.
