Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a SAP Support Analyst based in Manchester for a permanent hybrid role, to optimise SAP systems and support business processes.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line SAP support, work with cross-functional teams, and implement new SAP functionalities while ensuring data integrity. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and salary £65,000–£70,000.

As a SAP Support Analyst in the FMCG sector, based in Manchester, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of SAP systems to support business processes. You’ll work closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

Description

• Analyse and optimise SAP systems to enhance business processes and efficiency.
• Provide 2nd / 3rd line SAP support
• SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Hana experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide support for SAP-related issues and troubleshoot system errors.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of new SAP functionalities.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through regular audits and checks.
• Document system processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
