Opportunity to spearhead sales growth at a leading global SAP SuccessFactors partner.

Are you a driven and results-oriented sales leader with a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors? Our client, a leading provider of HR and payroll solutions within SAP SuccessFactors, is seeking a dynamic and strategic sales professional to lead their sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a financially strong and expanding organization. In 2024, the business achieved 18.7% revenue growth and 2.5% EBIT margin growth, demonstrating market leadership and success commitment.

About the Role:

You will shape and execute the company's sales strategy for SAP SuccessFactors consulting services and subscriptions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering achievement and collaboration.
  • Identifying and cultivating key client relationships within SAP SuccessFactors.
