Job summary

Modis is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to help large-scale HR transformation programmes across London, Manchester and Glasgow. You will design and deliver HR operating models, employee experience improvements, and technology-driven HR solutions in collaboration with client stakeholders.

The role offers advisory, transformation, and implementation exposure, working with senior HR, business, and technology teams across industries.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR Transformation, HR Technology, or SAP SuccessFactors-enabled programmes.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and operating models.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations or HR tech transformations, EC and EC Payroll advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support design and delivery of HR transformation programmes, shaping future HR operating models and employee experiences.
Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors and broader HR technology initiatives, supporting solution design and digital HR transformation.
Collaborate with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and develop practical solutions.
Facilitate workshops and transformation workstreams while contributing to business development and practice growth.
