Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
• Extensive hands-on Employee Central implementation experience.
• Broad knowledge across other SuccessFactors modules, particularly integration.
• Proven track record across cutover, go-live and hypercare phases.
• Strong grasp of EC configuration, data migration, integrations, workflows, business rules, MDF and role-based permissions.
• Experience advising senior business and HR IT stakeholders.
• Excellent advisory, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect - Critical October Go-Live

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to support a critical October go-live, acting as a trusted advisor to HR IT leadership through cutover, production readiness and hypercare.

This is a high-visibility engagement for a proven EC specialist who can step in and add immediate value at a pivotal stage of the programme.

The Role

You'll serve as strategic advisor to the HR IT Head and project leadership, reviewing cutover planning, assessing go-live readiness, and providing architectural oversight through deployment. Post go-live, you'll support hypercare, stabilisation, historical data migration and future EC enhancements.
