We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to join a major HR transformation programme at a critical stage ahead of an October go-live.
This is a senior, hands‑on advisory role requiring deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, alongside a strong understanding of the wider SuccessFactors landscape and particularly how EC integrates with other modules and systems.
Working closely with the Head of HR IT and programme leadership, you will provide architectural oversight and guidance across cutover, production readiness, risk management and go‑live execution.
Following go‑live, you will support the business through hypercare and stabilisation, with the potential to remain involved in historical data migration and further Employee Central enhancements.
This is an initial 3–6 month contract, with an immediate focus on ensuring a successful October go‑live and subsequent hypercare. There is potential for extension to support historical data migration and further post‑go‑live Employee Central enhancements.
