A leading IT consultancy firm in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced SAP Security & Authorisations Consultant to provide Level 2 and 3 service in a hybrid working environment. This role involves resolving complex issues within agreed SLAs and requires strong communication and technical skills. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SAP security, knowledge of ITIL, and a proven track record in incident management. This position is a 6-month contract paying up to £520 per day.

Qualifications

• Extensive industry experience in an Application Support environment.
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience in a complex multi site environment dealing with business applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute support activities to enable fault resolution.
• Develop and deliver recommendations for critical defect resolution.
• Responsible for Technical Knowledge Management and peer training.
