SAP Scheduling e-PPDS Consultant

Inside IR35

My client, a top global company, is currently looking to recruit a SAP Scheduling expert with SAP e-PPDS / PPDS to join their team on a contract basis. Please note this role is Inside IR35 and will need to be set up via Umbrella Company/PAYE. The SAP Scheduling expert with SAP e-PPDS / PPDS is required to deliver a set of harmonized processes for the Production Planning stream within the S/4 HANA template on SAP e-PPDS, supporting the replacement of current solutions.

Key responsibilities for the SAP Scheduling e-PPDS Consultant:

• Adherence to the global S/4 HANA template, ensuring an adopt-not-adapt approach to process design to ensure a successful transition from SAP ECC.
• Define business requirements for Scheduling/Production Planning stream and collaborate with functional teams and SI/BI partners to translate these into the template build, supporting testing and resolving design issues.
• Ensure end-to-end alignment across ERP programs for Scheduling/Production Planning processes, working with Process SMEs to identify, problem-solve, and develop solutions to mitigate risks/issues, and coordinate with the Smart Manufacturing group for process consistency across systems.
• Support development of training materials and change management activities.
• Ensure program benefits are delivered through the implementation of Production Planning processes.
