Job Description

The Global SAP CoE is the deal shaping, pre-sales, and go-to-market team responsible for shaping and selling large business transformation programs across all regions (Americas, Europe, APAC). The SAP CoE team comprises Business and Solutions experts, Program Management Advisors, and Enterprise Architects, driving the rapid expansion of SAP business globally around SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and RISE.

We focus on developing opportunities directly with clients and partners, helping them maximize value from their SAP transformations. With over 1500 SAP S/4HANA projects worldwide, a unique end-to-end transformation approach, and diverse capabilities, Capgemini offers opportunities to work on some of the most interesting SAP S/4HANA projects.

Job Description - Grade Specific

We are recruiting for three key areas of expertise:

• Business and Solutions Experts (specializing in Supply Chain, Finance, or industry-specific areas such as Retail, Manufacturing, CP, Automotive, EAM, Aerospace)
• Program Management Advisors
• Enterprise Architects

You will be part of the SAP Global CoE team, supporting digital transformation for global companies, primarily based in Europe (UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Italy), with the flexibility to work remotely and visit client sites as needed.

Your role involves early-stage shaping, ERP advisory, solutioning, and delivery of SAP transformation programs, leveraging Capgemini's unique transformation approach that combines SAP S/4HANA implementation with agile delivery of BTP and other cloud applications.

The position offers high visibility within Capgemini and externally, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our SAP business globally. You will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, working in North America or Europe, with a mix of remote work and client engagement.
