We’re recruiting for an SAP Gold Consultancy and Value-Added Reseller (VAR).

They recently won an SAP award for excellent customer service, deliver exceptional SAP S/4HANA solutions on time and within budget, and have hired very high-performing S/4HANA professionals from the Big 4 and SIs.

They have ambitious growth plans and require an SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Support Consultant.

The role entails:

• Providing day-to-day functional and technical support for the SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing module
• Monitoring and managing service tickets/incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
• Analyzing and resolving system issues, analyzing root cause, and applying corrective/preventive actions
• Collaborating with end-users to understand business processes and recommend improvements
