They recently won an SAP award for excellent customer service and deliver exceptional SAP S/4HANA solutions on time and within budget. They have hired high-performing S/4HANA professionals from the Big 4 and SIs.

The company has ambitious growth plans and is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Support Consultant.

The role entails:

• Providing day-to-day functional and technical support for the SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing module
• Monitoring and managing service tickets/incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
• Analyzing and resolving system issues, identifying root causes, and applying corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborating with end-users to understand business processes and recommend improvements
