Job summary

TrueNorth is supporting a large UK organisation on a major SAP S/4HANA and supply-chain transformation. We seek an experienced SAP Specialist Consultant to provide hands-on, time-boxed support across SAP data archiving, tooling, and S/4HANA 3PL rollout.

Strong hands-on SAP Data Archiving in ECC and Business Suite, plus practical S/4HANA logistics experience and understanding of 3PL and decentralised warehouse operations. The role covers go-live support in a live retail/supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP data archiving across ECC/SAP environments.
• S/4HANA logistics experience with 3PL integration.
• Ability to support go-live and cutover activities in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot SAP, interfaces and 3PL issues.
• Work independently within a defined scope and deliverables.
• Produce clear documentation and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with functional, technical teams and implementation partner.
• Support pre-agreed weekend cutover activity.

SAP S/4HANA Logistics & Data Archiving Consultant

TrueNorth are supporting a large UK organisation delivering a major SAP S/4HANA and supply-chain transformation.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Specialist Consultant to provide hands-on, time-boxed support across SAP data archiving, environment tooling and S/4HANA third-party logistics rollout.

SAP Data Archiving - strong hands-on experience across ECC / Business Suite, including archive object analysis, retention configuration, execution, monitoring and verification.

SAP S/4HANA & 3PL - practical S/4HANA logistics experience, with a strong understanding of third-party logistics (3PL) integration and external or decentralised warehouse operations.

You'll be working within a live retail / supply chain environment, supporting go-live and cutover activity and helping to ensure the solution is stable, documented and supportable.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Quickly understand an unfamiliar or partner-built SAP solution
• Troubleshoot and support issues across SAP, interfaces and 3PL operations
• Work independently within a defined scope and clear deliverables
• Produce clear documentation and provide effective knowledge transfer
• Work confidently with functional teams, technical colleagues and the implementation partner
• Support occasional pre-agreed weekend cutover activity

Nice to have: SAP EWM, warehouse automation/Swisslog, SAP data copy and environment refresh tooling, DMLT, ECC to S/4HANA migration, SAP Activate, and experience in food, retail or short shelf-life supply chains.

Strong SAP Data Archiving and 3PL experience are the key requirements for this role.
