Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and viewpoints to solve complex technical challenges for clients.
• Own the overall Integration Architecture for large business transformation projects.
• Participate in business development activities to identify and research new and existing client opportunities.
• Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Train, coach, and supervise team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Deep expertise in SAP integration tools including SAP Integration Suite / CPI, PI/PO, Event Mesh, with knowledge of adaptor functionalities and complex mapping, transformation, routing, and error handling.
• Proven experience integrating SAP ecosystems such as S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, OpenText, and other enterprise solutions like Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow.
• Experience designing event-driven architectures using enterprise event hubs like Kafka and Azure Event Grid.
• End-to-end experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects.
• Leadership experience, influencing clients, and providing strategic viewpoints.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and the SAP roadmap.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Pre-sales experience is a plus.
