Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on coding using C#/.NET (preferably with AWS or Azure experience).
2. Managing and leading a small team of software engineers.
3. Delivering fortnightly technical outputs with a focus on scalability and robustness.
4. Collaborating with Product Owners and Project Managers.
5. Driving Agile practices within the team.
6. Mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution among team members.

Experience Required:

1. Proven hands-on experience with C#/.NET at a lead level.
2. Experience designing distributed systems.
3. Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
