Position Title: SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect

Location & Travel:

• Primary Location: Flexible within North America; proximity to major airport preferred
• Travel: Up to 80% to client sites as needed

Job Overview: You will design and implement SAP S/4 HANA solutions focusing on Public Cloud, working with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and design for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, tailored for regulated manufacturing environments.
• Architect process flows leveraging SAP Best Practices for manufacturing, finance, procurement, and supply chain, specifically for protective gear manufacturing.
• Guide variant configuration for customizable products and ensure integration across processes.
• Facilitate design workshops across business functions and validate scope and requirements.
• Identify standard SAP vs. business needs gaps and recommend process adaptations.
• Ensure solution consistency across core processes and guide design decisions supporting minimal deviation from standard.
• Build relationships with business owners and IT to articulate solution benefits.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, review designs, and mentor junior staff.
• Support upcoming phases including testing, data migration, and cutover planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect experience with Public Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA end-to-end processes.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4 HANA certification is a plus.
• Experience with other SAP modules or technologies.
• Background in consulting or large-scale transformation projects.
