Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams, aligning across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other functions.
• Serve as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished SAP delivery professional who has successfully managed complex SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and multi-country rollouts. The successful candidate will work with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects from initiation through to successful go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
