Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sourcing & Procurement leader to join our team at Accenture in Shrewsbury. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale Source to Pay transformations and contribute to the growth of our Ariba UK & Ireland practice.
• Define project approaches, deployment roadmaps, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Utilize your strong business process knowledge and Ariba expertise to serve our clients effectively.
• Support global companies in achieving their Sourcing & Procurement goals and shape new deals.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of SAP Sourcing & Procurement experience.
• At least 5 full lifecycle implementations of all phases.
• Recognition as a functional leader and expert, with strong communication skills.
• Experience leading SAP S/4 HANA and/or Ariba transformations and managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and enhance SAP solutions.

Preferred skills:

• Ability to drive innovation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships with SAP and other vendors.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in Sourcing & Procurement.
• Track record of influencing client transformation journeys and delivering business value.
