As an SAP Sourcing & Procurement leader at Accenture, you will be a key part of growing the Ariba UK & Ireland practice and delivering large-scale Source to Pay transformations. You will define approaches, deployment roadmaps, and lead projects from start to finish, utilizing your strong business process knowledge and Ariba expertise to serve our clients effectively. This role offers the opportunity to support global companies in achieving their Sourcing & Procurement goals and to influence new deals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP Sourcing & Procurement experience
• At least 5 full lifecycle implementations of all phases
• Recognized as a functional leader and expert, with strong communication skills with Procurement and IT professionals
• Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4 HANA and/or Ariba transformations and managing complex projects
• Proven ability to drive innovation and enhance SAP solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to drive innovation within SAP Sourcing & Procurement and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Experience developing strategic partnerships with SAP and other vendors
• Ability to identify emerging trends and incorporate them into solutions
• Track record of influencing clients' transformation journeys and delivering business value
